Men's Basketball for Beginners

Physical Fitness Demand: Moderate 

Men's Basketball for Beginners is designed for those new to the sport, focusing on foundational skills and teamwork. Participants will learn essential individual skills such as ball handling, passing, catching, shooting, and footwork. The class will also introduce basic team offensive and defensive plays, along with simple strategies. Emphasis will be placed on creating an enjoyable environment where participants can engage in fun games and competitions, fostering both skill development and camaraderie.

The men's basketball class welcomes male participants.

Participants should wear sportswear and non-marking sports shoes.
