Tai Chi Chuan is an ancient form of oriental physical health and relaxation exercise designed for the development of the body and mind in unison and harmony. It has been developed into several schools or style; each has its own characteristics, form and sequence.

This class provides instructions and practice on the 24 postures of Simplified Tai Chi Chuan solo sequence.

Participants should wear sportswear (sports trousers) and Wu Shu shoes or non-marking sports shoes.
