Yoga Flow

Physical Fitness Demand: Moderate

Yoga flow is a class where all yoga movements connect with breath and proper alignment of body. It will help you increase your flexibility and strength in a safe gentle flow as well as releasing stress and leaving you with a feeling of inner peace.

This class is designed for students to experience the joy and harmony of Yoga. The style of yoga flow can be regarded as a hybrid of physical exercise, breathing technique and meditation training. The learning activities focus on yoga poses and alignment, breathing and relaxation. Participants will learn step by step to turn their concentration inward by integrating the breathing practices and a flow of postures.

Yoga mats will be provided.  Participants should wear loose sportswear, non-marking sports shoes.
