Wing Chun for Beginners

Physical Fitness Demand: Moderate 

Wing Chun is one of the Chinese martial arts. It focuses on human body mechanism, fighting movements’ structure and the ways to generate force. It also emphasizes on energy deflection and centre line control during the fight. 

Following the success of the ‘Ip Man’ films, the Wing Chun craze has been sweeping all over the world.  In this class, student will learn drills of “Sticky Hands” and have fun in a controlled sparring environment.

Participants should wear sportswear and non-marking sports shoes.
