Physical Fitness Demand: Moderate
The Pilates Principles will improve the physical condition through movements emphasizing concentration, control, breathing, and form, aiming to strengthen, stretch, and stabilize key muscles.
The class focuses on exercises that strengthen core postural muscles, essential for maintaining balance and supporting the spine. Key topics include breathing awareness, spinal alignment, and deep torso muscle strengthening. These exercises help relieve and prevent back pain without building excessive muscle mass.
Students of all fitness levels are welcome to join this class to improve mental control, strengthen the core, and enhance self-confidence and well-being.
(Students should wear sportswear and non-marking shoes. Do not eat two hours before the class.)
