Golf For Beginners

Physical Fitness Demand: Moderate

This class is designed to enable beginners to have the first encounter of playing Golf. Upon completion of the class, students should be able to understand the basic techniques of the grip and experiencing the swing motion of Golf. The game of Golf, requirements and preparation for further participation in golf will be introduced in the class. 

Participants should wear sportswear and sports shoes.
