Rope Skipping

Rope Skipping is an aerobic sport that can be performed by one or more participants. There are various events of rope skipping, such as single freestyle, single speed, pairs, double dutch speed, double dutch freestyle and demo (8 or more people to perform different techniques, along with music).

The Rope Skipping Club, HKUSTSU was established in 2016. The Club aims to raise students’ awareness of rope skipping and promote it to students. Outstanding members will be recruited as University Team Members. Selected team members will represent the University to compete in inter-varsity competitions and other open competitions. The Club welcomes all students from different backgrounds to join and is looking forward to new members.
