The compulsory Briefing Session for Student-led Orientation will be held as follows, each society is required to send at least 2 representatives to attend:

Notes:
1. Different university offices will deliver important reminders, safety and green tips.
2. Lot-drawing session for booths of Welcome Fair (Aug 7 and 8) will be conducted after the briefing, at around 16:00.
3. If joining via ZOOM, login with your HKUST account, rename yourself as “Society Name_Your Name”, e.g., "ACCT_Apollo LAM" for taking attendance.
