New Exco Orientation for Student Organizations (Session 2025-26)
Dear New Exco of Student Organizations,
A warm greeting from the Student Support & Activities Team (SSA) of Dean of Students’ Office (DSTO). To get you started with your new roles and responsibilities, we will arrange the New Exco Orientation (NEO) every year.
NEO is a compulsory training for new executive committee members of Students’ Union and its affiliated societies and Department-Associated Groups (DAGs) associated with DSTO. Other DAGs are welcome to participate. It consists of essential information, advisor matching and team building activities. It also provides a chance for the societies and groups to get to know other societies’ fellow exco members.
Please find the requirements for each society/group for 2025-26 below:

Please note that only student societies/groups fulfilled the requirements will be eligible for:
a. ITSO services of the student society account to all system access, including Email, Computer Barn Login, Printing, University WiFi, Zoom, etc.
b. Access to the rooms designated for student societies/groups
c. Storage space for society/group materials
d. Booking of CMO, DSTO (including sports venue), ARO and CSO facilities for group activities
