Every conversation can spark ripples of positive change — a powerful way to build trust in relationships.

The Scheme is designed to encourage students to participate in endorsed co-curricular programs to learn outside classroom and contribute to the community.
It provides a source of financial support to ensure that students who seek personal growth, community engagement and experiential learning opportunities can participate fully in the programs and are not disadvantaged by financial reasons. Learn more here.
The impact of my coaching practice has been encouraging. I can see that the people I've talked to feel more empowered to express their thoughts and take actionable steps towards their goals.
The most satisfying moment in a coaching conversation is noticing the transformation in a person. This is the moment that I know I may have made someone's life better.
I’ve been able to grasp practical tips on how I can intentionally foster a safe discussion environment for the person I am speaking to.
