Booking Priority

Category A: Student-led Activities

Up to 6 months advance booking

Category B: Open set up exhibitions (without blocking students’ casual use)

Up to 6 months advance booking

Category C: Student activities organized by departments/offices/units#

Up to 2 months advance booking

Category D: Non-student activities#

Up to 1 month advance booking
At most 2 non-student activities per week and 2 days at maximum in weekdays.

#If the activity is held in January, June or July, up to 5 months advance booking and no booking quota

Booking Quota

Maximum 1 booking and not more than 6 sessions (including setup and dismantle) per week per unit.
Sessions: 0900-1200, 1200-1700, 1700-2200
e.g. Lunch event: Booking time: 0900-1500 including setup, rehearsal, cleaning and reinstate the venue
Evening event: Booking time: Event day: 1400-2200 including setup, rehearsal; Next day: 0900-1000 including cleaning and reinstate the venue

Notes:

Normally, accept only 1 rehearsal booking per event for all types of booking.
Refreshments allowed with prior approval
Dressing Room will be provided for performance
No AV technical support
Users are responsible for arranging all setup, dismantling, and removal within their confirmed booking time
