Join us to unplug, destress, and cultivate mindfulness. Step away from your screens and immerse yourself in the soothing, centuries-old art of traditional Chinese incense making. You will learn to handcraft both incense sticks and incense cones from scratch. The sensory process of blending and shaping natural herbs is designed to help you disconnect from daily academic pressures, find presence, and restore mental clarity.

Workshop Highlights:

  • Discover the rich history, philosophy, and cultural background of Chinese incense traditions.

  • Craft your own natural herb incense sticks and cones with practical and hands-on techniques to mold, roll and create.

  • Experience the calming power of scent. Take away the calming, mindful atmosphere into your dorm or study space.
