The HKUST campus is rich in green spaces and biodiversity, but the busy university life often keeps us from fully appreciating them. This 1.5-hour workshop invites you to slow down, unwind your mind and nurture your mental well-being through a series of sensory exercises.

As part of the HKUST SOAR community, join us to reconnect with nature and reconnect with yourself as we explore peaceful corners of our backyard together.
