Need a refreshing break from your studies? Embrace the spring weather and join a relaxing hike along Razor Hill hosted by HKUST SOAR Guide!

We’ll make our way to a scenic viewpoint overlooking HKUST, where you can slow down, take photos, and soak up the wide-open views of campus and the surrounding coastline. After the climb, we’ll enjoy a chill-outdoor break. Sit back, chat, and recharge with good company and a great view before heading back.

Beginners are absolutely welcome! The route begins with a 150m climb to the hilltop, then is mostly downhill at an easy pace. Through this event, we hope to introduce you to the hidden natural gems near our campus and promote hiking as a healthy way to relieve stress and reconnect with nature.

We will gather at Pik Uk Bus Stop and embark on a scenic hike. The details are as follows:

Route: Pik Uk Bus Stop -> Razor Hill -> Dismissal at HKUST Shaw Auditorium (around 3km)

• This event is subsidized by the Dean of Students’ Office (DSTO). After accepting the offer, if you cannot attend the event in full with legitimate reasons supported by proof (illness or an exam conflict), DSTO reserves the right to charge you HK$50 program fee.
