You are cordially invited to a pre-departure briefing and get-together for students going on exchange programs in Fall 2026 and Fall& Spring 2026-27. Strongly recommended by past exchange students and HKUST Office of Global Learning, this is an essential session to:

1) Get in touch with your peers who are going to the same host destination and/or institution for exchange, over snacks!

2) Listen to past exchange students' sharing and pick their brain about how to best prepare yourself, if any.

3) Receive region-specific updates on crucial matters: visa application, International SOS, emergency response, safety awareness, cultural sensitivity, etc.

Share light refreshments with your new friends over the session!
