Dear former excos of student societies or groups,

DSTO-SSA is looking for talented individuals, with exposure serving in student societies or student groups, to join our program – Mentorship Scheme for Leaders of Student Organization.

With relevant professional trainings received, you will be delegated as a mentor for the student organization you formerly served and provide peer support to your juniors throughout the year-long program. Learning Subsidy will be provided for mentors to carry out self-initiated mentoring activities and build up a strong relationship between mentors and current excos. Through the process, you will learn a lot about empowering and coaching others, advance your own leadership skills as well as your society or group! We believe your experience and guidance will help your juniors excel themselves! Please note that this program targets to recruit former excos from Session 2024-25 or before.
