Note: All sessions will be held on Tuesdays from 6:15-8:15pm, except for Saturday, 3/10* which will be an off-campus art experience from 2-5pm.

Remarks: 

• This is a HMAW1905-recognized event in the “Personal Enrichment & Community Service” category under the "Self-directed Experience" of HMAW1905: Behavioral Foundations of University Education: Habits, Mindsets, and Wellness. To receive up to 13 hours, you MUST attend and participate in at least 5 of the 6 sessions.
• The program is FULLY subsidized by the DSTO. If you confirm your attendance but fail to complete the program in full without a legitimate reason supported by proof (i.e. illness or an exam conflict), DSTO reserves the right to charge you HK$500.
• The off-campus activity on 3 Oct is an expressive art experiential day that involves an external vendor. If you confirm your attendance but fail to participate in the activity without a legitimate reason supported by proof (i.e. illness or an exam conflict), DSTO reserves the right to charge you HK$500.
