The Salvation Army is launching a new initiative, "HOME Together – Community Support Scheme for Persons with Hoarding Behaviours," to provide comprehensive support and help them rebuild their living habits. They are currently recruiting volunteers to conduct regular visits and participate in gatherings with service users, offering emotional support and assisting them in establishing a social support network.

你對囤積者的印象是甚麼呢？

「垃圾屋」？「垃圾屋」？同「垃圾屋」？在「垃圾屋」這個刻板印象之下，有多少人願意去了解囤積者心中的問題？其實囤積者跟我們一樣，一樣以自己的方法處理情緒。囤積的根原問題錯綜複雜，而強烈的孤獨感絕對是催化劑。我們相信透過陪伴和聆聽，可以中斷「孤獨—囤積」的惡循環。

有見及此，救世軍舉辦「齊“掃”心事」發起「家友」囤積義工服務計劃旨在推動社區人士一同走近有囤積行為人士，提供情緒支援，並協助囤積者重整生活習慣，建立支援網絡，呼應社會需要。現正招募義工進行為期三個月的定期探訪，參與節日聚會，提供社交支持，期待你願意成為「家友」，為囤積者帶來溫暖及改變。
