CREATE: Calming Calligraphy
CREATE: Calming Calligraphy
Rooted in the traditions of Chinese calligraphy, this workshop introduces students to traditional brush and ink techniques in a relaxed, beginner-friendly way. Participants will mindfully explore how each stroke can serve as both artistic expression and meditation — blending writing with breath to ease tension and restore mental balance. Whether you’re looking to de-stress or simply try something new, this workshop offers a peaceful space to slow down and create with intention.
