You can donate blood if you satisfy all the following conditions: 
1. have good health 
2. weigh 41kg or above (90lbs or above) 
3. aged between 16 and 65 (applicable to first-time donors only)

Special Perks for 35 for Life Blood Donors

• [Exclusive for current students] Current HKUST students who have successfully donated blood at our on-campus drives will receive a limited edition Antiviral Air Chilly Tee made with patented antimicrobial fibers (Ionic+™ fibers) by INNOTIER. (Retail price at HK$498)

• Student hall residents who donate blood on 30 or 31 March (Mon/Tue) will receive three sets of laundry tickets (both washer and dryer)*

• All donors will receive a "35 for Life" keychain as a token of thanks. 

• Donate the 2nd time to receive your unique blood-type charm to add to your keychain.

* Hall residents who donate blood on 30 or 31 March (Mon/Tue) will receive three sets of laundry tickets (for both washer and dryer) as a token of appreciation! The tickets will be credited to qualified residents’ laundry control panel accounts within four weeks after the donation.
