The Dean of Students’ Office hosted the Project Extraordinary Showcase over five days from 30 October to 3 November 2023. The goal of the showcase was to inspire and empower students by celebrating remarkable alumni who have pursued diverse and extraordinary paths beyond conventional definitions of success. 

Alumni featured in the Project Extraordinary video series were invited back to HKUST to share their experiences and insights with students in five casual Chill and Chat mingling sessions held at Passion on campus.  

Students also had the opportunity to interact with the Acting Dean of Students and Associate Deans at the mingling sessions and at the Project Extraordinary booth, which featured the video series and served two popular traditional local snacks: egg waffles and coconut onion pancakes.
