The BCP Wall is located next to the entrance of Learning Commons (LG1) of the Lee Shau Kee Library. It is a place for expressing opinions and rational discussion by all HKUST students and staff with supporting facts, data and arguments. Any kind of promotion, propaganda, and simple sentimental expression with no clear message for discussion are not fit for the purpose of the BCP Wall.

The wall is managed by DSTO with support from HKUSTSU. Any university members who wish to post on the wall should send the soft copy of their posts to DSTO (dst@ust.hk) or HKUSTSU (su_union@connect.ust.hk) with their full name and student/staff ID for registration in advance.
