Come and join our HKUSTours’ (Student-Edition) pioneers to visit the vibrant city of Guangzhou and the HKUST (Guangzhou) campus! By joining our 2-day-1-night trip, you will have a chance to step into the life of an HKUST(Guangzhou) student and delve into the cultural heritage of Guangzhou.

Date: 5 Apr 2024 (Fri) 

Time: 3:30 – 4:30 pm 

Schedule for Guangzhou Trip

Date: 13 – 14 Apr 2024 (Sat & Sun) 

Gathering Time: 8:45 am on 13 Apr 2024 (Sat) 

Gathering Place: Lo Wu MTR Station  

Dismissal: 5 pm at West Kowloon Hong Kong on 14 Apr (Sun) 

Program Fee: HK$200 

Language: Cantonese

Remarks: 

• Students must attend the briefing workshop before joining the trip. 

• Students are responsible for obtaining valid visas or entry permits to enter into the Mainland China at their expenses.

• Students will stay overnight at the HKUST (Guangzhou) campus.

• The program fee HK$200 paid is non-refundable. It is not transferable to another student or to another program under any circumstances. 

• This is a HMAW1905-recognized workshop in the “Personal Enrichment & Community Service” category under the "Self-directed Experience" of HMAW1905. You must attend the event in full to get 4 hours.   

• After accepting the offer, if you cannot attend the briefing or the trip tour with legitimate reasons supported by proof (illness or an exam conflict), DSTO reserves the right to charge you an additional HK$800 to cover the costs subsidized.
