The Student Support and Activities Team (SSA) of Dean of Students’ Office (DSTO) manages student amenities, including activity venues, student lockers, and equipment for student activities, while sports facilities are managed by the Sports Development Team of DSTO.
Our amenities assistants will be on duty at LG3 counter from 9:00am-10:00pm, and LG5 counter at 9:00am-9:00pm daily, except the following days, to provide venue booking, check-in, and equipment loan assistances.
- closed in some Public Holidays, including Chinese New Year Holidays (3 days), Dragon Boat Festival, the day following Mid-Autumn Festival , and on Christmas day.
- early closure at 6:00pm during Mid-Autumn Festival, Winter Solstice, and Chinese New Year Eve.
If you have any special requests or suggestions related to amenities, require advising on activities or other assistances, please contact SSA through the following methods during office hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00am–12:45pm & 2:00pm-5:30pm). |
