Physical Fitness Demand: Moderate
Participants are expected to demonstrate a solid foundation in volleyball ability. Suitability to stay in the class will be assessed in the first session.
The class is designed for individuals who can master the basic skills in volleyball. Class activities will be focused on refining techniques and advanced strategies to enhance your overall performance. Precise serving, accurate passing, powerful spiking as well as strategic game tactics will be introduced and practiced in the class.
Participants should wear sportswear and non-marking sports shoes.
