Women Soccer for Beginners

Physical Fitness Demand: Moderate to High

Soccer, one of the most favourite sports in the world, is a fun team sport played between two teams with a ball in an attempt to score a goal. Soccer was regarded as a men's game in the past but women soccer is gaining increasing popularity nowadays.

The women soccer class is designed to enable female participants to learn the fundamental skills in dribbling, passing, receiving, heading and shooting as well as the basic tactics in offensive and defensive situations. Physical fitness training on speed, strength, endurance and agility will also be included to improve participants' fitness level.

The women's soccer class welcomes female participants.

Participants should wear sportswear and sports shoes.
