Table-tennis is a sports which is very easy to learn but hard to master. It requires good eye-hand coordination, quick reaction and precision skill. The basic strokes are easy to learn and it is no easy task to make progression without frequent practice. Once you can master the technique, the magic of the bats would surely bring great fun to you.
 
This class is designed to enable beginners to start it right on learning grips, basic techniques and footwork. Skills in forehand and backhand strokes, service, chop and spins will be introduced. Opportunities for learning tactics, scoring, rules and regulations will be provided through playing games and competitions. 
 
Rackets and table-tennis balls will be provided.
 
Participants should wear sportswear and non-marking sports shoes.
