Volleyball is a very popular team sports in the world. When playing volleyball games, players must think quickly and respond strategically in order to return the ball to other side within three hits.
This class is designed to introduce basic skills of volleyball such as passing, setting, digging, spiking, blocking and serving. Basic rules, scoring, set plays and simple tactics will be introduced through competitive games. Opportunities are set to enable participants to explore the fun and excitement of playing team volleyball.
Participants should wear sportswear and non-marking sports shoes.
