Tennis for Beginners

Physical Fitness Demand: Moderate

Tennis is a popular sports all over the world.  It is played in a rectangular court with 23.77m long and 8.2m wide for singles. The width of the court is 11m for doubles.

This class is designed for beginners to start their learning from the basic skills such as grips, stances, serves, shots and footwork. Rules of playing tennis, simple tactics and scoring system will be introduced through playing games and competitions. 

Rackets and tennis balls will be provided. 

Participants should wear sportswear and non-marking sports shoes.
