Swimming is a crucial survival skill. It provides the best all-round exercise in terms of enhanced flexibility, strength, and endurance.
Front crawl is the fastest and most efficient swimming stroke. The pull and push of arm movements as well as the leg kicking moves contribute to the excitement and pleasure from the fast swimming speed.
The class is designed for beginners who have good water confidence and ready to start learning front crawl. Basic techniques of arm and leg movements for front crawl will be taught and practiced under the guidance from experienced swimming instructors. Participants should be able to swim 15 metres with front crawl by the end of the class period.
Participants should wear swimming suit and goggles. Please also bring a towel or T-shirt.
