Swimming is a crucial survival skill. It provides the best all-round exercise in terms of enhanced flexibility, strength, and endurance.
 
Breaststroke is a popular leisure stroke of swimming.  The head of swimmer is brought out of water naturally for making breathing easier. When water confidence is acquired, learning breaststroke should not be too challenging.

The class is designed for beginners to further improve water confidence in swimming and learn how to properly swim with breaststroke. The fundamental techniques of breaststroke will be introduced and practiced through a series of swim activities. Participants should be able to swim 15 metres with breaststroke by the end of the class period.
 
Participants should wear swimming suit and goggles. Please also bring a towel or T-shirt.
