Swimming is a crucial survival skill. It provides the best all-round exercise in terms of enhanced flexibility, strength, and endurance.
 
The class is designed for beginners who want to learn swimming and water safety skills step by step. Water safety skills and basic techniques of swimming will be introduced in a fun and engaging way. According to the learning progress, participants should be able to swim for a short distance or enjoy the fun from swimming by the end of the class.
 
Participants should wear swimming suit and goggles. Please also bring a towel or T-shirt.
