Squash is an indoor game originated in England. It can be played by oneself or with a partner. With a noble tradition of fair play, squash is the perfect game not only for competition but also for those looking for a recreational game for workout.
 
This class will cover the fundamentals of playing squash, including the serve, common strokes and various shots. Opportunities will be provided for progressive learning to improve the mastery of skills that may lead to a greater enjoyment of the game. Competition rules, simple tactics and scoring will be introduced through playing games and competitions. 
 
For safety reasons, participants are advised to wear protective eyewear when attending the course. Rackets and protective eyewear will be provided to participants. Those wearing breakable eyeglasses or glasses with metal frame BUT not wearing the protective eyewear are NOT allowed to attend the session(s).
 
Participants should wear sportswear, non-marking sports shoes and protective eyewear.
