Physical Fitness Demand: Moderate to High
Soccer, one of the most popular sports on the planet, is a team sports which is full of fun and played between two teams with a ball in an attempt to score a goal.
This soccer class is designed to enable participants to learn the fundamental skills such as dribbling, passing, receiving, heading and shooting as well as the basic tactics in offensive and defensive situations. Physical fitness training on speed, strength, endurance and agility will also be included to improve participants' fitness level.
Participants should wear sportswear and sports shoes.
