Karate is a martial art originated from South China. The fundamental skills of Karate such as stances, punches, kicks, strikes, blocks and breathing techniques will be introduced in this class. Students will have practical experience in learning various drills under a controlled sparring environment. By participating in the class activities, it can further improve their body coordination, muscular endurance, and core stabilization.
Participants are required to bare feet during the class and wear appropriate sportswear.
