Dodgeball is a team sports which is full of fun and played by two teams.
There are two styles of dodgeball – Japanese and International. The Japanese style involves one ball only while the International style has to play six balls together. In the international style, players on each team will attempt to hit opposite team players by throwing the ball while avoid getting hit at the same time.
This class is designed to allow participants to learn the fundamental skills of ball throwing, catching and blocking. Basic rules and team tactics for both Japanese and International styles of dodgeball will be introduced through competition and games settings. Emphasis will be placed on providing a lot of opportunities for participants to explore the fun and excitement from playing the games.
Participants should wear sportswear and non-marking sports shoes.
