Physical Fitness Demand: Moderate
Basketball is a team sports. It is a fast-paced team games which requires plenty of team works on top of proficiency individual skills.
Fundamental individual skills such as ball handling, passing, catching, shooting and footwork will be covered in the class. Class activities will also include basic team offensive and defensive set plays and simple tactics. Emphasis will be put on providing a lot of opportunities for participants to enjoy playing basketball through games and competitions.
Participants should wear sportswear and non-marking sports shoes.
