Dance facilitates the development of body control, rhythmical sense, agility and balancing ability. Pop dance is a form of modern dance which is heavily influenced by the commercial pop music.  The style can be varied with fusion of different schools of dances such as Hip Hop, Jazz Dance, Modern Dance and Latin Dance according to the music. It can be powerful and percussive or expressive and lyrical.
 
This class is designed for beginners and emphasized on exploring the interest and fun in dance. The basic dancing steps, body movements and dance sequences with different music genre ranging from Pop, R&B, Jazz Dance and Latin Dance will be introduced. Class activities also include body isolation workouts, stretching exercises, physical training exercises, as well as the combinations of stylish steps and movements.
 
Participants should wear sportswear and non-marking sports shoes.
