Yoga for Strengthen Your Back
Physical Fitness Demand: Moderate

A weak core and poor posture from sitting all day are two common contributing factors to lower back and shoulders aches. Regular Yoga practice is a great way to strengthen your back and core which can prevent back pain and injury.

This class is designed for students who wish to strengthen their back to avoid or relieve back pain.  Various Yogo poses will be performed under the guidance of instructor to strengthen the core muscles for providing better support to the Spine.  Correct standing and sitting postures will also be introduced to prevent the spine from deforming due to excessive pressure during practice.

Yoga mats will be provided.  Participants should wear loose sportswear, non-marking sports shoes.
