This class is suitable for students of all fitness levels. Through natural stretching movements and yoga activities, participants will be guided to explore the relationship between body, mind and movement. Performing various stretching exercises and yoga poses by focusing on the internal experience and feeling will be used to improve body shape, functional abilities as well as core stability. Participants will also improve joint mobility, blood circulation and release the tension in the neck and shoulders by performing consistent training with the instructor.
Yoga mats will be provided. Participants should wear loose sportswear, non-marking sports shoes.
