Full Body Workout on Fitball

Physical Fitness Demand: Moderate

This class is designed to provide participants with comprehensive and engaging experience by working out with fitballs. Training with this dynamic and versatile fitness tool not only enhances overall strength, stability and flexibility, it also elevates the level of challenge and makes exercise more fun than traditional exercise routines.

The course curriculum covers a range of topics including proper fitball selection, correct posture and alignment, and safe exercise techniques. Students will be guided through a progressive series of exercises that target core stability, balance, coordination, and muscular endurance.

Participants should wear sportswear and non-marking sports shoes.
