Physical Fitness Demand: Moderate
This is a fitness training class for students who wish to improve their muscular tone, strength and endurance by using the weights training equipment such as weight training machine, cable system, dumbbells and barbells in the balanced and effective ways. Class activities will be focused on the improvement of balance, strength, endurance, power and aerobic abilities.
The class is designed for beginners to learn and experience basic fitness training activities. Students can improve their balance, strength, aerobic capacity and burn calories as well as enjoy the fun of exercise. Student will be benefited by the improvement in their strength and stamina; feel stronger and more energetic.
Participants should wear sportswear and non-marking sports shoes. Please meet the Class Instructor at Fitness Center.
