Diabolo for Beginners

Physical Fitness Demand: Moderate

Diabolo, is a sports activity derived from the Chinese Yo-Yo and spreads to the West at eighteenth century.  This sports has been returning to Asia and China after the improvement of equipment and technique recently. Young players from Taiwan and Malaysia have won the World Championship awards which has further promoted this sports among the Asia community.

Diabolo is easy to get started and has a broad room for development. Techniques of diabolo are flexible and can inspire creativity. It is suitable for all ages and is one of the ideal lifelong exercises.

This class provides instructions and practical experience on the fundamental tricks of diabolo such as toss, stopover, cradle, grind etc.

Participants should wear sportswear (sports trousers) and non-marking sports shoes. Shorts or skirts are not recommended.
