This Funky Aerobic Dance class is designed for participants of all levels of fitness. Participants who have no or little dance knowledge and skills are also welcome.
The focus of the class is to introduce the key concepts and provide practical experiences Funky Aerobic Dance through different dance workouts with fun. Participants can experience progressive Hi/Low impact workouts, various body aerobic workouts and body conditioning exercises. Opportunities are provided for participants to dance with pop songs under the guidance of the instructor.
Participants should wear sportswear and non-marking sports shoes.
