Physical Fitness Demand: Moderate to High
Participants are expected to demonstrate ability in Forehand Drive, Backhand Drive, Volley and Service. Suitability to stay in the class will be assessed in the first session.
Playing tennis is always exciting if you can master the basic skills and build up a firm foundation.
The tennis improver class is designed to enable those students who are familiar with the proper form in playing tennis. Opportunities are provided for participants to improve their footwork, ground strokes, serves, net plays, use of spins and application of tactics in match plays. Knowledge of the rules and regulations will be covered.
Rackets and tennis balls will be provided.
Participants should wear sportswear and non-marking sports shoes.
